A systems integrator for businesses that outgrew their spreadsheets.
Eight disciplines, one accountable team.
One team accountable end to end — pick a discipline to see what it covers and how long it typically runs.
01. Web design & development — 6–10 weeks
Marketing sites and customer portals built as fast, accessible, CMS-backed products — not templates. Design and build happen in the same team, so what we show you is what ships.
- Design system + component library
- Headless CMS your marketing team can drive
- Core Web Vitals budget agreed up front
- Analytics and conversion instrumentation

02. Custom business software — 10–20 weeks
The operational tools no off-the-shelf product fits: quoting engines, scheduling, compliance workflows, internal admin. We model your actual process, not a generic one.
- Process mapping before a line of code
- Role-based access and audit trails
- Staged rollout alongside the old system
- Documentation and team handover

03. Database design & migration — 4–12 weeks
Schema design, normalisation and migrations off legacy Access, Excel or ageing SQL Server instances — with reconciliation reports proving nothing was lost in transit.
- Data profiling and quality report
- Zero-downtime cutover plan
- Row-level reconciliation evidence
- Backup, retention and recovery drills

04. Systems integration — 6–14 weeks
Making finance, CRM, warehouse and payroll agree with each other. Event-driven pipelines with retries, dead-letter queues and dashboards you can actually read.
- API and file-based connectors
- Idempotent, replayable pipelines
- Monitoring with real alert thresholds
- Vendor liaison handled by us

05. Cloud & hosting — 3–8 weeks
Infrastructure as code on AWS or Azure, sized to your load rather than a sales quota. Public-sector workloads run in the regions and controls your framework requires.
- Terraform-defined environments
- Cost review at 30 and 90 days
- Blue/green deploys and rollback
- Residency and control mapping

06. IT support & managed services — Monthly retainer
Named engineers, published response times and a monthly report you can put in front of a board. Support that knows your systems because it built them.
- Tiered SLAs from 4h to next-day
- Patch and dependency management
- Quarterly resilience testing
- Monthly written health report

07. Data analytics / BI — 5–10 weeks
Warehouse modelling and dashboards that answer standing questions, so leadership stops asking three people for the same number and getting three answers.
- Metric definitions agreed and versioned
- Warehouse layer, not spreadsheet exports
- Self-serve dashboards per department
- Training for the people who own them

08. Mobile apps — 10–18 weeks
Field-force and customer apps that work offline, sync cleanly and share a codebase across iOS and Android — with store submission handled end to end.
- Offline-first sync architecture
- Shared codebase, native where it matters
- Device and OS support matrix
- Store listing and release management

How pricing actually works →
The things people ask before signing.
If yours isn't here, ask it directly — we answer these the same way in the room.
What does a project actually cost?
Discovery produces a fixed price. Before that we'll give you a range from experience on comparable work. We don't quote blind, and we don't bill you for the estimate.
How soon do we see something working?
Working software demoed weekly from the first build sprint. First production release typically lands between 6 and 20 weeks, depending on scope.
Do we own the code?
Yes. Source, documentation and infrastructure definitions are yours, in your repositories, from day one. No licensing games, no escrow arrangement needed.
We can't replace our current system outright.
Most of our work sits beside something that already exists. We integrate or migrate incrementally — a big-bang replacement is rarely the right call, and we'll say so.
Who actually does the work?
The engineer you meet in the consult. We're small on purpose, so there's no handoff to a different team once the contract is signed.
What if we want to stop?
Retainers pause on 30 days' notice. Project work ends with a handover, not a dependency. You keep everything either way.
